Nous avons tous des buts très différents; devenir un athlète, perdre du poids, retrouver notre corps d’apollon, simplement adopté un mode de vie sain, se surpasser… Mizar a la capacité de s’adapter à chacun d’entre nous malgré nos faiblesses et nos forces, cela en groupe ou en privé. Un être passionné qui capte 100% de notre attention afin de nous faire profiter de son savoir et ainsi nous permettre de nous surpasser tout en respectant notre corps. (C’est normal d’être raqué jusqu’à avoir de la difficulté à se brosser les dents par contre… ça fait parti du processus -_-)
Je suis une athlète niveau national, ma discipline: le motocross. Rien à voir avec le crossfit, mais Mizar s’est fait un plaisir d’étudier la situation afin de m’offrir un entraînement spécifique à ma discipline. Résultat après 1 ans; simplement remarquable! Ma force physique, ma capacité d’adaptation et mon focus on fait en sorte que mes performances ce sont amélioré considérablement. Et ce n’est qu’un début…
Le meilleur dans tout ça, c’est qu’en rencontrant Mizar, j’ai non seulement fait la connaissance d’un coach incroyable, mais aussi d’un ami inspirant

On top of being a very nice and generous guy, Mizar is an exceptional athlete and coach. His attention to the needs and progression of his clients is how, as a team, we get results through a safe progression founded on technique. I just can’t compare my physical and mental state from when I first started working out with Mizar and now. Proof of this is the way I was able to get safely over a broken hand and finger injury in minimal time. Mizar’s work is greatly responsible for that and my motivation is through the roof. For that I say thank you and see you at the gym!

Mizar is an exceptional individual and a phenomenal coach; My words are as genuine as the person they describe.

When I started training my goals seemed lofty to me, at best. With Mizar’s help, I achieved them all; He inspired me to set even loftier goals; He helped me achieve them too. Yes, there have been temporary “failures”. He taught me to learn valuable lessons from each failure and then overcome it. I learnt that there is no harm in failing, only in not trying. I learnt that limits are not set in stone, you can and should challenge them.

For me, his lessons transcend far beyond the boundaries of the gym and impact the very core of my being. He has helped me develop fortitude; I am now able to pace myself, remain focused and keep working relentlessly toward my goal while under incredible mental and physical stress.

His advice regarding my nutrition has been spot-on – my diet helps me power through my day, never once making me feel deprived. Far from it, in fact! My diet is much more varied now, I love what I eat and my healthy appetite raises quite a few eyebrows.

If I had to put one argument above all else I will fiercely recommend Mizar as a coach because he makes it his business to understand the life of his clients outside the hours spent at the gym, for he knows that our work habits, sleep habits, stress levels, nutrition, training, social life all feed into each other and to lead a balanced life all these aspects need to complement each other.

Un grand merci à Mizar de m’avoir appris a surpasser mes limites, appris a être encore plus forte mentalement, surtout dans les moments de doutes ou de frustration, et que l’on doit toujours être en accord avec ce que nous sommes. Sa capacité d’adaptation à chaque personne et son professionnalisme sont deux de ses grands atouts qu’il faut absolument expérimenter.

Son approche, tant dans les cours de groupe qu’en cours privé, m’a également permis de transposer notre travail dans ma vie de tous les jours : capacité à travailler plus longtemps tout en restant concentrée, capacité à persévérer même quand il aurait été plus facile d’arrêter ; capacité à gérer le stress afin de rester lucide et performante.

Mais surtout c’est un grand bonheur de s’entraîner avec une personne aussi généreuse et passionnée…

Mizar has helped me through my shoulder and wrist injuries with customized programming so that I could continue to work toward my goals, even without using arms at all. I also travel (or don’t have equipment available) and he is able to keep my workouts varied and fun and I still see results! I can’t wait until I’m 100% and can really go full speed ahead! 

Mizar is one of the most knowledgeable coaches that I’ve ever come across. He is constantly searching for answers and always willing to share his knowledge with his athletes.
