How do I get started ?

We offer a variety of services – CrossFit Group ClassesPrivate CoachingPersonalized Coaching and Nutrition Consultations. You may sign up for one or more of these services based on your needs. If you’re unsure, please call us or drop by our gym after checking our schedule and one of our coaches will guide you based on your needs.

All new members have to undergo an Assessment when they start. This is a one-hour, one-on-one session with one of our coaches. Read more about it here.

Where are you located ?

We are located at 137 Rue St-Ferdinand, Montreal, QC H4C 2S6. The closest metro station is Metro Place St-Henri on the Orange line. Please check here for directions and our schedule to know when the gym will be open.

Do you have any minimum level of fitness required for joining?

No. Our experienced coaches will be able to scale all workouts to make them suitable for your skill level. They have worked with athletes of all levels. If you have any limitations or health concerns, please let us know and we can work with you to adapt the workout for you.

I am very fit, will this be challenging enough?

YES.

May I skip the assessment ?

The “assessment” is for our coaches to evaluate your skill level and to know your strengths and weaknesses. So it is mandatory for all new members.

I am visiting Montreal. May I please come to a class ?

Absolutely! You may enroll for any of the classes available on our schedule and pay for a single class. If you are around for a prolonged period of time, you may also buy a 20-class pass.

Can I enroll for Open Gym and follow my own workout program ?

No, you may not. You may enroll for the open gym only if you have one of our coaches do the programming for you. This way, our coaches can help you reach your goals in a better and safer manner. Read more about our Personalized Coaching.

What is CrossFit ?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program.

Developed in California in the 90s by Greg Glassman, CrossFit method aims to prepare each individual for the unexpected and the unpredictable. CrossFit offers functional training, constantly varied and of high intensity.

CrossFit workout uses functional movements (which are found in daily life) from weightlifting, gymnastics and athletics to develop the ten general physical skills. Cardiovascular fitness, endurance, strength, power, flexibility, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

The 60-minutes workout takes place in private or in small groups, under constant supervision of a coach, which promotes your learning and safety.
