MFO Training is offering an all levels, no equipment workout plan!  Receive your workouts in your inbox daily, and either commit to doing them at your own pace OR  join our coach and the rest of the group live on Zoom to work up a sweat as a team!

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED :

  • 5 trainings a week (monday to friday)

  • video links to each exercise

  • a Zoom link to workout live at 9:30am and/or  at 5:30 pm daily !
