MFO Training is proud to offer an Ageless Athletes program for people seeking health and longevity.
The practice of physical activity promotes better health and concentration, prevents disease, improves sleep, and reduces isolation.
Most importantly, it helps to regain autonomy while improving the quality of daily living.
The classes are 1-hour, twice per week: either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.
