When you join our group classes, your journey will begin with a fitness evaluation. By identifying your strengths and weaknesses, our coaches will be able to better adjust the trainings to your needs.
Our unlimited memberships also include a nutrition consultation that will help you to dial in your nutrition.
A big part of being fit is the ability to adapt to different situations. No two classes will be the same, as we like to keep you on your toes!
Some movements that you will see: squats, presses, pull ups, dips, kettlebell swings, deadlifts, muscle ups, box jumps, rowing, running, tire flips, rope climbs, and MORE!
Our classes are 1 hour and generally include three different parts:
Warm-up and mobility
Strength and technical work
Workout of the day

We adapt trainings to the needs of our athletes. If you have an injury or limitation that prevents you from doing certain movements, we are more than happy to change it up for you.
